OPDU, in collaboration with Linklaters are pleased to invite you to their webinar "Protection for Trustees and Insurance: Winding Up Schemes".

The webinar will cover the winding up process of pension schemes in general, focussing on the potential issues arising from scheme mergers and transfers to a super trust arrangement. We will discuss the risks Trustees face when navigating wind-up, what protections and insurance options are available, and what the advisable insurable timeframes are following a scheme winding up.
Martin Kellaway of OPDU and John Sheppard of Linklaters will be presenting, with the webinar chaired by Chair of the OPDU Advisory Council Terry Faulkner, former Chairman of the National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF).
Following the webinar we will host a Q&A session during which you can put your questions to the Presenters and Chair. The webinar will be recorded and available for viewing upon request after the event.
