OPDU was established in 1997 in response to the Pensions Act 1995 and is owned by Thomas Miller, sitting within Thomas Miller’s Professional Indemnity practice. We are a specialist broker dealing solely in Trustee Indemnity insurance.

Our Advisory Council is made up of a diverse group of pension industry professionals, and our meetings focus on emerging risks and hot topics, enabling us to stay at the forefront of trustee liability insurance and adding an extra layer of specialist knowledge to our team. The Advisory Council is vital in ensuring that the services and insurance we provide continue to meet the changing needs of pension schemes.
